• Our services are subject to engagement through a formal Service Agreement

Service Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations:

• No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we provide professional guidance, we cannot guarantee visa approval or specific outcomes. Visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs
• Client Obligations: Successful outcomes depend on accurate information and timely cooperation from clients
• Eligibility Requirements: Clients must meet all eligibility criteria set by Australian immigration law
• Processing Times: We have no control over government processing times

Liability & Disclaimer

VisaDay Migration & Education Consultants accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from:

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the termination clause outlined in your Service Agreement. VisaDay reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Payment is not received as agreed
• The client provides false or misleading information
• The client fails to cooperate or respond to requests for information
• Continuation of services would breach professional obligations or legal requirements

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
